-Somatic Thai bodywork-

Somatic thai bodywork is the bodywork that supports the process of body-mind integration so that the natural healing power can be fully exerted in the body.

It is a Bodywork that regenerates Thai massage softer and delicately, focusing on the connection between body and mind. Especially inspired by the Osteothai(http://lulyani.com/en/), the fusion work of Thai massage and osteopathy. 

Health = State of body and mind integrated = Body with good energy flow = A straight(honest) and responsive body and mind

In class, you will practice how to touch and move whole body from toes to head in mindfuly.

Each class we deals with a different part of the body and works on the whole body. 

We will focusing on how it feels rather than theory or how it should be.

It is a sacred and meditative dance. 

The class is open for anyone interested in the body, touch, therapy, healing, and those who are already working professionally in these fields.

Work is done with a mat on the floor.

How do we approach?

・We gently touch the body and move it slowly to check the reaction. 

・We do rocking, massaging and stretching the body to release blockages and loosen the nervous system. 

・We works on the membranes that connect the whole body, not the muscles that are separated as parts. 

・Observe the part and the whole at the same time.

・Observe the relationship between the part and the whole. 

・Minimal intervention 

・We snuggle up with "comfort". rather than looking for the bad part in the body.

・Instead of trying to change, be with acceptance.

・We gently touching the body and moving with it in a slow and comfortable way supports the integration process.
